Schroeder
Schroeder is 1 1/2 years old. He is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines.
Schroeder came to us with heartworm. He has been at the shelter for over 3 months and will be ready for adoption very soon. Last week, he completed his heartworm treatment and is still on limited activity such as running or jumping for a bit longer.
Like many Chihuahua’s, he is people selective, and it may take a few greets to win him over.
We recommend a home with no small children. He is okay with cats, and very selective of dog friends.
If you are a Chihuahua person , then you know how this breed can be, but once he bonds with you , you are his world. All his , including the 50 toys in his room.
There is no adoption fee for Schroeder , thanks too the generous donations that were given for his medical care.

Cassy
Meet Cassy. A petite 5 month old lab mix.
She is spayed, current on vaccines and microchipped.
We think she would do best in a home with another dog that would accept her as a friend.
She has a lot of energy and knows a few basic commands. She is very social and loves being with people.
She is crate trained but does prefer to sleep with a human at night.
